ભુવા

હમમ, હું કોઈ ભૂત વાળા ભુવા ની વાત નથી કરવાનો. ભૂતો થી તો મને બહુ બીક લાગે 😛 . આતો રસ્તા પર પડતા ભુવાની વાત છે. આ વર્ષે બહુ ભુવા નથી પડ્યા એવું મારું માનવું છે. જેના વિષે થોડું સંશોધન કર્યું તો ખબર પડી કે ભુવા પાડવા માટે વરસાદ પડવો જરૂરી છે. જે આ વર્ષે બહુ નથી પડ્યો. ચાલો AMC વાળા ને તો શાંતિ ને. આ વર્ષે નામ ખરાબ ના થયું. બાકી વરસાદ ના કારણે ભુવા પડે અને લોકો AMC ને ગાળો આપે. આતો કેવો ન્યાય !

પણ જુવો જરા આજુ બાજુ.. ભુવા નથી તો BRTS વાળા લોકોની મદદે આવી ગયા છે. જ્યાં જુવો ત્યાં ખોદીને બેસી ગયા છે 🙂

મને તો પેટની તકલીફ છે એટલે આવા રસ્તા પરથી જાઉં રોજ તો મરે તો પેટ માં શાંતિ થઇ જાય છે. (ખાડા માટે આભાર..)

કોઈ મન પર ના લેતા આ પોસ્ટ ને, આતો નવરા માણસની વાતો છે.

Apple / Lt. Steve Jobs / Innovation / Stealing

એપલ નું નામ આવે એટલે સ્ટીવનું  નામ આવે જ.

આ અઠવાડિયે એક મહત્વનો ચુકાદો આવ્યો અને સેમસંગે ઘણું બધું ગુમાવાનું આવી શકે છે. એ પણ માત્ર એક એવા કાયદાના કરને જેનો ઘણા લાંબા સમય થી વિરોધ અને મજાક થાય છે. અહિયાં મુદ્દો હતો “ROUNDED CORNERS” નો. જેના પર એક માણસે કમેન્ટ કરતા નીચે નું વિધાન લખ્યું છે.

I plan to market my kind of recipee for canned beans in the US. It will be made with tomato sauce and will definitely contain beans, of the white round kind. The most avant garde charecteristic is that the product will be offered in

cylindrical tin cans.

Question: Can the Amerincan Judicial System let me know in advance on whose patent I am going to infringe? It will save me a lot in legal fees and fines…. in case I happen to threaten to have big success!

 

જો સેમસંગે ખરેખર આ પૈસા આપવાનું આવશે તો એને ઘણું ગુમાવવું પડશે. પણ સેમસંગ કરતા અમેરિકન લોકોને સસ્તો ને સારો ફોન ગુમાવવાનો વારો આવશે. કદાચને સેમસંગ એની બીજી પ્રોડક્ટ પણ વેચવાનું બંધ કરે..

 

What’s this about asians stealing from westerners? Google invented android. How can anyone claim rounded square icons as an innovation with a straight face? Next kleenex will be claiming they invented square tissue paper and heinz invented round cans.

 

This decision as so predictable. I wonder whether the jury were checked as to whether they owned any Apple or Samsung product….no, of course not. These iDevices have become like a religion to the iSheep. Sure, they are very 

 

good devices, but they are NOT innovative since Apple copied lots of prior patents, including Samsung’s wireless one. 

 

It is a FACT that Apple are using a Samsung patent permission and yet there were zero damages. Proves the fact that the jury and US system are loaded. 

 

If I were Samsung I would immediatley withdraw from the US marketplace, stop making all those beautiful screens and other components for iPhones and iPads. Apple would come to a sudden halt and would deserve to fail for their 

 

utterly arrogant attitude and stealing other peoples rectangles and corners. 

 

 

ઘણા લોકો એમ કહે છી કે સેમસંગે એપલ ની ડીઝાઇન ચોરી. પણ મોટા ભાગના લોકોને સ્ટીવ અને ક્ષેરોક્ષ (XEROX) ના માઉસ ના વિવાદની ખબર નહિ હોય. એવું કહેવાય છે કે એ સ્ટીવ જ હતો કે જેણે XEROX ની લેબ માંથી માઉસનો આઈડિયા ચોર્યો હતો અને એપલ ની સીસ્ટમ માં આપ્યો હતો.

 

આવું તો ઘણું બધું હોય છે. કોણ સાચું ને કોણ ખોટું એતો ઈશ્વર જ જાણે..

We often experience that people refuse to change because they find change is stressful. Think about it, infact no change is even more stressful because the world is changing.

Let’s take a closer look. If you look at the fortune 100 list of top corporations in 1990 and the same listing of year 2011, you will find not more than 10 to 15 % names common or still in business. They either disappeared entirely, merged with or were bought out by other companies. These companies refused to change and as a result they simply ‘went down’ and were eventually taken over.

Many people today who have difficulty keeping jobs end up unemployed because they are unwilling to change.

Tom Peters has said ~ ‘Only those who constantly retool themselves stand a chance of staying employed in the years ahead’. So true.

When you hear people say, they don’t have enough time, they seem to forget that they have exactly the same number of hours per day that are were given to Albert Einstein, Swami Vivekananda, Mother Teresa and Sachin Tendulkar.

‘Change’ means ‘Growth’, It is a change from doing the wrong thing to doing the right thing.

Understand, when we change, we continue to grow, it eliminates a lot of stress and build better future.
